Cornerstone BTI Managed Services program proactively monitors your system to ensure it is problem free, running optimally, and – most importantly – SECURE. Our system allows us to maximize system productivity and maintain the highest level of availability for your staff. Our programs offer three levels to fit any IT Support budget.

Basic Network
Package

  • RMM : Remote Monitoring & Management Software Includes

    • Anti-virus software
    • Windows operating system updates
    • 3rd party software scanning
    • Up-to-date inventory of your computers
    • Network monitoring

  • Special projects labor is billed in 15-minute increments at our Standard Rate of $165 per hour. On-site support requires a 1-hour minimum.

  • Equipment must be replaced before Manufacturer End-of-Life

Standard Network Package

  • All of the Basic Network Package options are included

  • Quarterly patching

    • Install firmware updates for Firewall, Switches and Wireless Access Points
  • Off-site labor included!
  • On-site labor will be billed on an hourly basis with a 1-hour minimum with 15-minute increments at a 10% discount off our Standard Rate of $165 per hour
  • Equipment must be replaced before Manufacturer End-of-Life
